Standard Return Policy

I  Ande Limited will accept 100% refundable returns under the following circumstances:

1.  If the product shipped is not the product purchased, by error or ommission of our company.
2.  If the product has a factory defect and was shipped this way by us to the customer.
3.  If the item is returned at the most after 3 days after received by the customer, if the item is in brand new condition, unused and with all its original packaging.
4.  Ande Limited will credit the return postage.

II  Ande Limited will accept a 50% Refund of the purchase under the following circumstances:

1.  If the item is returned  to us unused with the original packaging and complete in perfect condition as it was delivered without any scratch or marking if the return is made between 4 and 30 days after receipt.
2.  Ande Limited will not credit the return postage.

III  Ande Limited will not accept a return and will not refund any amount under the following circumstances:

1.  If the item is broken or damaged and returned wihotut our previous authorization.
2.  If the item is broken by the customer.
3.  After 30 days of receipt by customer.

All returns have to be pre approved by our company and shipped back to us by certified mail with receipt to:
